SarahCare at Knapps Corner keeps families together at home by providing health-related care for seniors during the day. At the heart of SarahCare is a uniquely-designed program that provides safe and active environments for seniors who require assistance during the day and provide peace of mind for their family members who need to continue working or need respite. We provide nursing services to participants who have a variety of impairments and health problems such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, stroke, incontinence problems and isolation and loneliness. SarahCare offers flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the participants and caregivers. We can help!
