Sarah graduated from University of Mary as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012; since then, she has worked in myriad settings, from Outpatient Clinics to Emergency Medicine.
Prior to becoming an independent practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent’s, in the Emergency Room, med/surg, and neurology units.

After many years of providing quality medical and trauma care under fluorescent lighting surrounded by beige walls, Sarah created 406 Health Consulting.

Sarah utilizes Benedictine values to foster a dynamic nurse practitioner-patient relationship that respects, protects, and enhances spiritual integrity, human dignity, cultural diversity and exists to mutually improve patient outcomes.
