I'm an adult, adolescent and child psychiatrist at University of Vermont Medical Center and an assistant professor of psychiatry at UVM Larner College of Medicine. I treat patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety/panic disorder, adjustment disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma and other related disorders.I believe that psychiatry, at its best, brings kindness, attentiveness and attunement to people's deepest concerns about themselves and their lives. I see my practice of psychiatry as an opportunity to bring these features to others' lives during times of struggle and to make a real difference with medication and other therapeutic interventions. I pride myself on this humanistic and collaborative approach to care.
