Sant Ambroeus Aspen Restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Aspen and offers classic Italian dining inspired by Milanese tradition. Located in one of downtown's most historic buildings dating back to 1889, the restaurant features a warm interior with a central fireplace and comfortable seating. The menu highlights fresh pastas, Italian favorites, and signature desserts, made with seasonal ingredients. Join us for lunch, dinner, or après-ski dining. Private dining is available, along with takeout and delivery.
