I grew up in Toronto, Ontario and practiced in Buffalo, New York area before moving to the beautiful PNW in 2015 with my family. I provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. My special interests include men's health, chronic disease management and longe I have advanced training in mindfulness meditation, and practice meditation on a regular basis. I enjoy working with my patients in planning individual lifestyle modifications to treat chronic diseases including hypertension and diabetes.
