I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership, tailoring my work to each client’s unique needs and personal style. Using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients gain self-awareness, challenge limiting perspectives, and develop effective ways to navigate life’s challenges. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable being their authentic selves. My goal is to empower each person I work with by identifying their strengths and transforming them into “superpowers” that foster confidence and a sense of control.
