Sara has worked in the professional nursing setting with children since 1994 and as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2004. She worked in Pediatric Emergency for 15 years. Sara has worked with children and families in crisis and those with long-term mental health needs. Her areas of expertise include PANS/PANDAS, adoption and adoption trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Autism.
