After 20 years away and journeys all over the world, I've found nothing more compelling than a Carbon County sunset. Its only rival being a castle valley rain storm that sweeps across the plateaus in colossal curtains of water.

I returned home to be nearer to my family and closer to this landscape as I consider nature to be a medication of its own. I have many personal interests which range from hiking craggy book cliffs to capturing the beauty of this world through photography. Belly laughs and good conversation also piqued my interest.

My professional nursing career began in the Emergency Department at the University of Kansas in Kansas City.
