Ruby Creek Family Farm is a working farm in Aurora, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of Fort Worth, with a pumpkin patch, corn maze and farm animals six weekends each fall. The Peterson family has worked this land since the 1930s, and we open the gates Fridays through Sundays. One admission covers more than 20 attractions, from the hay maze, corn pits and two-story sand pile to human hamster wheels, a catch-and-release fishing pond and live music. Out in The Barnyard you can meet Fergus the Highland cow, Leroy Brown the llama, miniature goats and donkeys, and more. The longhorn hayride is a small add-on you buy at the farm. We also host field trips, birthday parties and fall photo sessions. Come on out and make a day of it.
