Having 23 years of experience in massage therapy and more than 10 years in skincare therapy, I am able to address and combine techniques to the client's specific needs. I am certified and licensed in a wide range of modalities such as Medical Massage, Sports Massage, FashiAshi (barefoot massage), Injury Prevention and rehabilitation, Neuro-Mechanical Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Thai Massage, Reiki, Energy Work, and reflexology. My specializations include Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage. Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, and different types of Skin Care Treatments. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with several athletes such as Crystal Langhorne of Seattle Storm WNBA team, former WKU basketball player, Cliff Dixon, and Washington Wizard's cheerleader, Caitlin. I use the medical approach and my goal is to eliminate pain and dysfunction because I believe that incorporating massage therapy and skin care treatments has the ability to enhance overall health and wellbeing.
