Dr. Shahin earned her medical degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1995. She completed a one-year fellowship training with Dr. John Goosey, a cornea and refractive surgeon. Dr. Shahin is a member of the American Optometric Association. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Shahin enjoys traveling, cooking and eating gourmet foods. Dr. Shahin's favorite meal is anything involving breakfast. Her favorite dessert is all things chocolate!
