HOME By Tru Grit Consultant Group is owned and operated by my brother, Michael, and me, Joey. Construction has been part of our lives for a long time. We were originally taught the trade by our father, Russ, who has spent decades in the construction industry and instilled in us the importance of doing things the right way.

While building our experience in construction, we also pursued careers in public service. I’m a full-time firefighter, and Michael is a registered nurse. That first responder background has shaped the way we approach our business. We believe in showing up for people, being dependable, and treating every client with honesty and respect.

Our vision with HOME By Tru Grit Consultant Group is simple: when clients work with us, we want them to feel like they’re HOME. The renovation process should feel organized, transparent, and stress-free.
