As an independent insurance agency, we are different from many agencies. We are able to continually shop insurance products for new and current customers. When a new client requests a quote from us, we always shop with at least three carriers to make certain we are providing them with the most comprehensive coverage and the most competitive rate available. If one of our current customers receive their annual renewal, and their rates have increased, we will then shop their insurance to see if the same coverage they currently have is available at a more competitive rate.
