Rogers Behavioral Health's Sheboygan clinic offers partial hospitalization care, intensive outpatient care and outpatient psychiatric services for adults and teens. By working closely with patients and families, our multidisciplinary teams, led by board-certified psychiatrists, develop a personalized plan with clinically effective therapies to treat OCD, anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, trauma and co-occurring substance use.

The supportive living space provides up to 12 adults a place to call home as they transition back into everyday life.
