I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Registered Yoga Teacher who believes healing happens when we address both the mind and the body. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, culturally aware, and holistic approach that honors the full story of who you are, not just your symptoms.

I create a space where you can show up authentically without judgment. I understand that trauma, stress, and life experiences live in the body, so I integrate traditional therapy with somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, movement, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to support deeper healing.

I specialize in working with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and unresolved trauma.
