Dr. Fulmer is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist, Head & Neck surgeon who brings over 20 years of experience to our team. Before joining the team, he ran a successful ENT practice in Tyler, TX for more than 20 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in 1984 and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Dr. Fulmer completed his residency with the Department of Otolaryngology, Head Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After having a successful ENT practice in Tyler, TX for over 20 years, he decided to begin practicing more specialized treatment for Aspire Allergy & Sinus. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Fulmer has served frequently with Mercy Ships off the coast of West Africa since 2001. Working alongside other volunteers from all over the world, he has performed life-changing surgeries on the people of Benin, The Gambia, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.
