Robert E. Harvey, MD received his BS in Chemistry from University of Missouri, Columbia in 1971. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1974. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine (1977) and a two-year Fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (1979) at Wilford Hall-USAF Medical Center. Dr. Harvey is the only physician in Victoria and the surrounding counties that is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Prior to joining Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic in 1983, he worked at Wilford Hall-USAF Medical Center in San Antonio and Carswell Regional USAF Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Harvey joined the Aspire Allergy & Sinus team in 2022.
