Providing advanced care for all ages and all ear, nose, and throat concerns. A quick note about appointment times. I strive to remain on schedule or ahead of schedule every day. Usually I am. If a patient arrives more than 10 min. late for their appt, I will see them if they are willing to wait until another patient shows up late or no-shows. If all the following patients show up on time they will be seen on time, but that means the late patient may be waiting for some time to possibly be seen. They always can reschedule. I do this because I would rather have one late patient upset than the next 8 patients following them upset because I was behind schedule. I try to respect my patients' time as much as this unpredictable profession allows.
