Through active listening and developing a relationship with the patient, we can impact patients to change the trajectory of their lives. We provide compassionate care, expert advice /counseling, medical management and accountability for motivated patients. We ask patients to “Get in the boat! All in!” (No one can be successful with one foot in the boat and one on the dock.) Then we can help them get to where they are trying to go.
