As a licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I bring a supportive presence as well as a variety of tools and therapeutic approaches to our sessions. I believe a client who feels safe, understood and supported is able to heal and embrace his or her authentic self. I work with both adults and young adults. I hold Masters degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute and the University of Santa Monica in clinical, depth and spiritual psychology. I respect the uniqueness of each client. I recognize that at different moments in each person's journey, some tools are more effective than others. To facilitate growth and healing our sessions may incorporate dream work, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt, mindfulness, art therapy or psychodynamic therapy.
