Revival Infusion Madison is infusing today for a better tomorrow. The Fitchburg, Wisconsin, practice was founded by experienced certified registered nurse anesthetist Sarah Wilczewski, CRNA, APNP, who administers ketamine in a calm and modern environment with a med spa feel.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She earned a master’s degree in nurse anesthesia from The Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, Minnesota.
She’s a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiologists, the Wisconsin Association of Nurse Anesthetists, the American Society of Ketamine Providers, and the Society of Opioid Free Anesthesia.
