Renee earned her education in business from Paul D. Camp Community College and is a graduate of the Suffolk Leadership Academy and Virginia Bankers Association. Active in her community, she is a board member of the Isle of Wight County Foundation and a member of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce Ladies of Leadership.
