As Licensed massage professionals, my intention is to provide quality care, inspire others toward better health, and utilize my training and experience in therapeutic bodywork to put your mind and body at ease.

The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are certain points or "reflex areas" on the feet and hands that are connected energetically to specific organs and body parts through energy channels in the body.

People seek out a massage for many reasons. Among these are healing, relaxation, and stress relief. No matter the reason for the massage the ultimate goal is to feel better and relaxed.

A couple's massage is just like any other massage service, but you and your partner receive the massage at the same time, on separate tables, and by two different massage therapists. The massage is generally offered in a private room on side-by-side massage tables.

Everyone has different traits. Part of being an individual means having your own individual shape and size, your own stressors, ache and pains, physical needs, and ailments. It only makes sense to have your own personal care and relief for your own personal needs. Massaging is all about personalized attention, care, and healing.

The full body massage targets all the major areas of the body that are most subject to strain and discomfort including the neck,back, arms, legs, and feet. If you need an area of the body that you feel needs extra consideration, such as an extra sore neck or back, feel free to make your massage therapist aware and they’ll be more than willing to accommodate you.

Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.
