I grew up in a small Wisconsin town so family medicine is all I ever knew. My parents, siblings, and I all went to the same doctor. Recognizing the need for more family physicians in our state, I wanted to be like the doctors I had growing up and to be able to care for anyone.

I love taking care of the whole family, seeing young children grow and achieve new milestones, while helping adults become healthier versions of themselves. It’s important to build close relationships, getting to know patients for who they are, and not just for their medical conditions. That requires listening to them. Patients often bring great insights into the problems they’re having and the potential solutions.

I had the opportunity to serve my country in the United States Air Force and the privilege to care for some of this nation’s finest airmen. Now, I’m back in Wisconsin to raise my family in the great Fox Valley area, close to family…and to the Green Bay Packers!
