I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Steven managed 7 properties for us. All he did was take our money and not look after our best interests. He never took care of the tenants, usually didn’t even respond to emails, phone calls, etc. He made sure he took his money every month and sometimes more. Good thing I kept an eye on the bank account because I caught several mistakes totaling hundreds of dollars. He always had excuses. On one occasion, my tenant had a major flood from the dishwasher, he didn’t even respond to her!!! He allowed another tenant move in even though the guy had a terrible background check/credit. As a result of Steven’s choices, that tenant became very behind on rent and did over $6000 in damages to my property!! BEWARE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. Even as a tenant, don’t expect good service.
