Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Raymond moved to Ogden in 2000 to attend Weber State University and never wanted to leave. He received his AAS in nursing in 2009 and his Bachelors of Integrated Studies in 2013. He went on to receive his Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College in 2016. One of his biggest clinical interests is helping others maintain a happy and active lifestyle.
