Ranch House Restaurant, located at the resort community of Brasada Ranch, offers a menu of ranch-style comfort cuisine fashioned by Executive Chef Doug MacFarland from local and seasonal ingredients. Ranch House features a family-friendly atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy living room. With comfortable seating, wooden tables and countertops, a large stone fireplace, a wraparound deck and a bank of windows that look out onto high desert and Cascade Mountain views, Ranch House is an intimate, friendly retreat for the public and guests of the resort. The restaurant also offers creative cocktails and an extensive wine list including selections from Oregon vineyards.
