Rejuvené Family Medicine was started by Rachel Sirois, APRN, FNP-BC. She has more than 12 years experience in healthcare including almost 3 years as a family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Jacksonville University and her first job as a nurse practitioner was in Macclenny at a convenient care clinic. It was during that time that she started noticing how many patients did not have a primary care provider. During this time, Rachel and her family fell in love with the small town feel of Macclenny and decided to purchase land, build a house, and plant some roots. They officially became Baker county residents in January 2022 and Rachel immediately started planning her clinic.
