Hart received her psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner certificate from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Ky. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College in Troy, N.Y.

Hart was a First Lieutenant Registered Nurse in the U.S. Army Reserves from 2016-2019. She was responsible for training and management of Emergency Medics, and an officer in charge of 40-60 enlisted soldiers.

Hart volunteered on medical mission trips for the Global Health Ministries through St. Peter’s Hospital, where she acted as a Spanish-English translator and triage nurse for the medical staff in Peru and Guatemala. She assisted in triaging more than 100 patients per day for two weeks.

Hart is a Level 2 practitioner in the Reiki technique of healing and is trained in intermediate conversational and medical Spanish.
