Rachel Alford, FNP-C, first completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Nursing in 2014. After caring for patients as a registered nurse for several years, she went on to the University of Texas at El Paso School of Nursing to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition from the University of Houston. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic as a family medicine nurse practitioner in April 2025. With a holistic approach to care, Rachel provides primary care for patients of all ages. She offers well checkups and sick care for acute illness and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
