Hi, I'm Rachael, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Dynamic Mental Health of New England. I have over 30 years experience in healthcare. I began my career as a paramedic, then became an ER nurse, where I worked during COVID. I understand the unique challenges first responders and healthcare workers face, including PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also have experience in autism spectrum disorder, and OCD.

As someone with ADHD myself and a parent to three children with ADHD, I have a deep understanding of its challenges and rewards. Treating ADHD is my passion, and I strive to help individuals recognize their strengths and achieve their full potential.
