Rachael Payne, MD, is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with Saint Luke’s Plastic Surgery Specialists. Dr. Payne has clinical interests in hand and wrist surgery, upper extremity peripheral nerve surgery, soft tissue reconstruction, and cancer reconstruction. She also has skilled training in breast surgery, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast lift, breast augmentation, body contouring, tummy tuck, and liposuction.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Payne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
