Dr. Denton received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1991 and he completed his residency in 1995 at the University of Tennessee specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. His professional memberships include the American Board of Pediatrics, American Board of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association and the Tennessee Medical Association. He is a native of Kingston and began practicing in Harriman in 1996. He works with athletes from Roane and surrounding counties in sports medicine clinics. Dr. Denton enjoys working with the Roane and Knox counties soccer organizations where three of his four girls compete.
