At Providence PACE (formerly Adult Day Health), we provide a secure, caring environment for elderly and impaired adults to receive rehabilitation services, nursing care, health monitoring as well as giving them a chance to socialize.

By stimulating minds, strengthening bodies, nurturing spirits and respecting dignity, we help participants to achieve to their maximum abilities.
