Outpatient Nutrition Services at Providence Milwaukie Hospital provides information and support to help you eat in a way that aligns with your health goals and nutritional needs. State-licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionists provide Medical Nutrition Therapy through one-on-one and small-group counseling for a wide range of needs (disease management, weight management, specialized diets, pediatrics, sports nutrition, and more). The program also includes a Community Teaching Kitchen with hands-on cooking classes, routine screening for food insecurity, a Patient Navigator who connects patients to individualized resources, and a Family Market offering supplemental food assistance.
