The Monroe Anticoagulation Clinic provides convenient care for patients taking warfarin (Coumadin®) and other anticoagulants. The clinic is staffed by pharmacists and registered nurses who work closely with your family doctor to monitor your therapy.

Most health insurance plans cover anticoagulation services. Out-of-pocket costs are determined by individual insurance policies. Copays are billed on a monthly basis.
