Providence is committed to providing efficient and convenient laboratory services. Our labs provide a variety of tests for patients, including common ones such as CBCs (blood counts), urinalysis and basic chemistries, as well as pre-procedural COVID PCR testing. Tests are performed by our professional, compassionate staff. All of our laboratory services have been certified by the state of Washington and are CLIA accredited.

We accept referral testing and have the capability to electronically forward results to ordering physicians.
