Providence's Cardiac Rehabilitation Center offers a professionally-supervised exercise and education program for patients who have had a heart attack, coronary bypass surgery, angioplasty, coronary stent, heart valve surgery, stable angina, heart transplant or heart-lung transplant. A referral from your primary physician is required.
