Partner Days is a collaborative community event that brings together local organizations, healthcare providers, and service partners in one place to connect individuals and families with vital resources. Held at the Somerset Opportunity Center the 2nd Thursday of each month from 10AM-12PM ET, this event creates an open, welcoming space for education, support, and meaningful partnerships that strengthen our community. At Promise, we believe that caring for our patients goes beyond the exam room.
