Extremely Poor Experience with Mount Olympus Water Delivery in Boise, Idaho

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mount Olympus, the water delivery service in Boise, Idaho. I have encountered numerous issues with this company, ranging from consistent delivery failures to unprofessional behavior from their employees. I feel it is important to share my negative experience to alert others who may consider using their services.
First and foremost, Mount Olympus consistently fails to deliver water as scheduled. Despite confirming delivery dates and times, I have been left waiting and without water on multiple occasions. This unreliability is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
Furthermore, I have experienced firsthand the unprofessional conduct of Mount Olympus employees. Instead of resolving issues calmly and professionally, their representatives have resorted to screaming and yelling during phone calls. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate and disrespectful to customers.
Adding to the frustration, when I have contacted their phone representatives to address the delivery issues and unprofessional behavior, they promise to arrange call backs to resolve the problems. However, these promised call backs never materialize, leaving me feeling ignored and disregarded as a customer.
Incredibly, Mount Olympus has charged me for deliveries that never took place. Not only did they fail to fulfill their delivery obligations, but they also charged me for the nonexistent service. It is deeply concerning that a company would engage in such deceptive practices, further eroding any trust I had in their services.
To make matters worse, the process of receiving a refund for undelivered services has been incredibly slow and frustrating. Mount Olympus has taken an unreasonable amount of time, approximately four weeks, to refund the charges for the undelivered water. This delay is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for their customers' time and financial well-being.
Overall, my experience with Mount Olympus water delivery in Boise, Idaho has been abysmal. Their consistent delivery failures, unprofessional behavior from employees, broken promises of call backs, deceptive charging practices, and lengthy refund process have left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before considering their services, as the negative experiences I have endured should serve as a warning sign of their poor service and lack of customer care.
