Positive Pathways and Wellness Center

Positive Pathways and Wellness Center is an outpatient mental health and behavioral health clinic serving adults in Hagerstown and throughout Washington County, Maryland. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual therapy, and outpatient mental health services for anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring conditions.
Our experienced clinical team supports individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and life transitions, including clients referred from hospitals, shelters, transitional housing programs, and the justice system. We offer trauma-informed, patient-centered care focused on stability, recovery, and long-term wellness.
Positive Pathways and Wellness Center accepts Medicaid and most major insurance plans. Our mission is to improve access to high-quality mental health and psychiatric services in a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
