Hello and welcome to Dynamic Mental Health of New England! I offer both in-office and telehealth appointments. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
I conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and offer supportive therapy. I believe medication can be very helpful and, in some cases, necessary in order to get better. However, I do not believe it is all that is needed to feel better. I strongly believe in incorporating adjuvant therapies and lifestyle modifications to enhance the effects of medication. I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, but my passion is helping those struggling with depression.
