Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is a physical-therapist-owned-and-operated physical therapy and rehabilitation center. Our goal at Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is to get you back to how you live, and we’ll treat you with as much care as family.

We start with learning about you, so we can work together toward a solution that fits your lifestyle. We take time with you before, during and after therapy to educate you and show you how to get – and stay – better. Because there’s nothing worse than hurting and not knowing why, or how to fix it.

From your initial session throughout your treatment plan, your therapy is guided by how you feel and your unique circumstances. You can expect lots of open communication, so you’re never left out of control of your own health. You’ll learn how to control your symptoms, allowing you to move forward with your life.
