At Pillars Health Group in Concord, MA, we provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment for adolescents 12-17. We specialize in teen care, recognizing that adolescents need developmentally appropriate treatment and family support. Each teen begins treatment with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, followed by an individualized treatment plan designed by master's-level clinicians. Our half- and full-day outpatient programs use proven approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and skills-based therapy. Academic continuity is also supported.
