Piedmont Fayette Rehabilitation offers many services such as our Diabetes Center, Physical Therapy Clinic, and our Speech Pathologist. Physical therapy is a specialty involving evaluating and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The goal is to restore the safest functional independence to each individual person.
