Piedmont Community Services PCS was formed in 1972 and in 2012 we will be celebrating 40 years helping individuals and families, enhance their quality of life by providing a highly effective continuum of behavioral health services. We serve the city of Martinsville and the counties of Henry, Franklin and Patrick. Each year we provide services to approximately 5,000 citizens.
