Performing Solutions a registered Non-Profit was founded by Mr. Earl Grays, an individual who emerged from a challenging background with a strong desire for personal and community improvement. Recognizing the financial potential of the commercial trucking industry, Mr. Grays acquired the knowledge and started his own successful business, and then extended the opportunities to his community, providing well-paid jobs.Mr. Grays developed an in-house CDL training course system that includes personal development classes, allowing individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities to train, opening doors to high-paying jobs for themselves and their families. Realizing the significance of this initiative, he decided to expand it on a larger scale, aiming to help not only his community but communities, cities, and states across the country.
