We have board-certified therapists and specialize in numerous therapies. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to meet a child’s unique lifestyle needs and challenges. Our goal is to help children return to their regular routine as quickly and safely as possible.

Just sign in to your MyLVHN account and click on “schedule an appointment.” All eligible diagnostic tests will appear, and you will be able to schedule your tests at a time and location convenient for you. If you don't have an account, sign up for one today at MyLVHN.org or through the free MyLVHN app available on the App Store or Google Play.
