Pediatric Rehabilitation Services–Hazleton is custom designed with children in mind. Our team of therapists and specialists improves the lives of newborns to 18-year-olds who need physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology.

Schedule your child’s diagnostic tests and rehabilitation services online. Simply sign in to your own MyLVHN account, and if you have proxy access to your child’s account you will see his or her photo on your screen. Choose your child’s account and then all eligible diagnostic tests and rehabilitation services will appear. You will be able to schedule tests at a time and location convenient for you. If you don’t have an account, sign up for one today at MyLVHN.org or through the free MyLVHN app available on the App Store or Google Play.
