As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps clients to look at negative cognitions, and replace them with positive ones. I also like to use Personal Centered Therapy, which is an empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.
